We bake wood-fired breads and pastries from the ground up, 

 planting and coppicing wood for the oven and growing fruits and vegetables for the bakery kitchen.  Using local organic stone-ground flour we bake a range of sourdough and yeasted breads, seasonal pies and sweet treats.   Please come and find us at Ripon market on Thursdays and in Easingwold Market Place 9 - 12  on Saturday mornings.   You're welcome to get in touch with any queries.
